Fasting timer
An intermittent fasting timer app that keeps your schedule
HealthMatch is an intermittent fasting timer app. Set a target fasting time, tap Start fasting and the timer shows how much time is left. You can also schedule fasts ahead, one-time or repeating on the weekdays you pick, and change the time while a fast is in progress.
How the fasting timer works
Keeping the hours is the hard part of intermittent fasting. The timer keeps them for you.
Set a target and start
Pick your target fasting time and tap Start fasting. The timer shows the time left until the end.
Schedule ahead
Plan a one-time fast, or a recurring one on the weekdays you choose, with a start and end time. Push notifications can be switched on for a scheduled fast.
Change of plans
Plans change. Edit the end time while a fast is in progress.
Every fast on record
When a fast ends, the record keeps the start time, end time and total duration.
See where you are in your fast
A "My body right now" card follows your fast stage by stage, from blood sugar coming down to tapping into stored energy, with milestone badges as the hours add up.
Break your fast with one photo
When your eating window opens, snap your first meal. HealthMatch logs calories and macros in 3 seconds, so you can see how much your first meal really was.
Skipped a meal on purpose? You can log it as fasting instead.
A coach who checks in
At the time you set, your AI coach calls first and checks in on your meals. The meals you mention on the call get logged.
The fasting timer sits next to water, sleep and step tracking, so one app covers your day.
Before you start fasting
Talk to a doctor before you start if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take insulin or medicine that lowers blood sugar, have had an eating disorder, are a growing teen or underweight, or have an ongoing condition or take medication regularly.
If you feel dizzy or shaky while fasting, stop and eat.
